All badges are made using several layers of material.

Top layer is coloured cotton to suit the badge design, the middle layers are interfacing to give the thickness and then a bottom cotton layer is added right at the end to give a neat finish.

The edge of the badges are NOT over locked but are a very dense zigzag stitch, I then cut the badges out by hand.

Badge Prices usually range from 80p to £1.35 depending on the design.

Badge sizes are usually 50mm to 75mm but almost any shape and size can be made.

I recommend upto 6 colour any more than 6 will increase the price of a badge quite a bit.

A single colour background is also best as I use a cotton fabric for the badge & embroidery the design on this, more than 1 colour background would need the whole badge embroidered which would increase the cost.
